The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) and Misr for Central Clearing, Depository and Registry (MCDR) reopened the second subscription for treasury bonds with an added value of EGP 7 billion to be issued January 5th 2028, according to a statement to the Egyptian Exchange.
The total value of this issuance will be EGP 14.75 billion, distributed over 14.75 million bonds with a nominal value of EGP 1,000 per bond at a fixed return rate of 14.292% annually.
